IDENTEC SOLUTIONS, the global leader in wireless sensor technology and solutions is seeking a Technical System Engineer to support its global service team. Based in either Lustenau, Austria or Weinheim, Germany; the Technical System Engineer will report to the Director Professional Services.
As Technical System Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Solution design for customers, system analysis, troubleshooting & resolution
- Customer and internal technical support
- Supporting sales department through solution planning and deployment
- Liaison with customers through all phases of project including quotation, planning and deployment.
- Customer support & partner training
Qualifications include:
- College/University for Engineering
- 3+ years of System Design and Installation Experience
- Knowledge of RF and software technology
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong communication, team building and negotiation skills
- Possess goal oriented, conceptual, methodical and analytical work practices
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Be willing to travel both in Europe and Overseas.
- Excel in a team environment
