The Summit has created an annual hub for international business and government leaders to meet and exchange information on the alternative futures facing the global shipping industries.

The 2011 Summit attracted over 3,000 visitors from 52 countries. The 2012 event is building on the success of the inaugural Summit by launching a new series of conferences and features designed to attract and serve all event stakeholders.
