Preventative Maintenance

It is critical that all equipment and asset maintenance be up to date to ensure operational efficiency.  WATCHERSERIES tracks all essential equipment with an individual active RFID identification tag.  All historical maintenance and related data is stored directly on the tag. The service intervals of mobile assets can be registered and monitored on all equipment and can include vehicle waste gas, exhaust testing dates registered on each individual truck.

The system issues alerts so that preventative maintenance can be scheduled there by limiting possible equipment breakdown.
